We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality breast forms. Most forms come with a One Year guarantee against manufacturer and material defects. Amoena forms come with a two year guarantee.
Your breast forms should last far beyond the guarantee if you take good care of them. The silicone is of excellent quality. The outer membrane is very tough, but can be punctured.
Exceptions to our Guarantee
The forms are guaranteed against manufacturers defects. They are not guaranteed against abuse, punctures from sharp fingernails or mysterious rips that suddenly appear. They are not guaranteed if you have slept on the forms and burst them. Our suppliers stand behind their products but will reject forms that have been abused.

Breast Form Returns
Our policy is to have happy satisfied customers. If the breast forms you have purchased, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please be sure you want to keep the breast forms before you use the tapes or apply an attachable form. Breast forms that have been used with adhesives cannot be returned.
When we receive the products back you will be given a full refund minus the original shipping cost and restocking fee.
Other Product Returns
If the product you have received is unsuitable contact us as quickly within 48 hours. Any unused product can be returned, except where noted: wigs, lingerie, hosiery, gaffs and padded panties for hygienic reasons.
When you contact us we will issue you a RA number and will advise where to return the forms.
When we receive the products back you will be given a full refund minus the original shipping cost.
