Orders over $100.00: Free regular shipping by Canada Post Expedited Service.

Orders $1.00 to $100.00: $7.00 shipping and handling for Canada Post Expedited Service

Express Shipping: Regular shipping is free within Canada on orders of $50.00 and over. On orders of less than $50.00, there will be a $7.00 Shipping and Handling charge. If you require Express (Xpress Post) and your order is under $100.00, you will be charged the full shipping costs.

We regret that due to the very high cost of shipping we have had to raise the minimum for free shipping

International Orders- we ship almost anywhere in the World! We will pay the first $10.00 towards shipping costs on International orders over $100.00 US.

For Shipping to Europe, the UK or Japan, please select the country flag on the top of the page.

Shipping is by mail or courier, unless other arrangements are requested.

However, note that couriers will not deliver to post office boxes.

Delivery is typically 9 business days after receipt of your order.

We ship our products within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
We will notify you of shipping delays.

Rush orders:
All rush shipping costs will be billed to the client.

If you are planning to send a Money Order or pay by PayPal please contact us and we will calculate the rush shipping cost so that you can include it in your purchase total.

On certain items we are UNABLE to ship overnight/next day, we will inform you if we cannot ship these items as you requested.

UPS Courier service is available however all shipping costs will be charged to the client.

Return and Exchange Terms

Our policy is to have happy, satisfied customers. If the product is unsuitable, contact us with in 48 hours of receiving the item. At that time we will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) number and inform you of the return address. All customers doing an exchange are responsible for a $15.00 reshipping fee.

NOTE: Gaffs, padded panties and undergarments, foam breast forms, attachable breast forms (such as Real Breasts), bras, wigs, wig caps, nylons, lingerie, costumes, corsets, dresses, shoes, swimsuits, and cosmetics are not returnable for sanitary reasons. Please make sure you have chosen the correct size and color before submitting your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Returning Breast Forms
Be sure you want to keep the forms before you use the tapes or apply an attachable forms.

1. Forms must be clean.
2. Forms boxes & cradles, must be in original condition.
3. Forms must not have been previously attached.
4. The Breast Form Store must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the forms if they are unsatisfactory.
5. All accessories that are included with forms must be returned unused. Any missing items will be charged to your account.

When we receive the product that you are returning, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping costs and a restocking fee of $20.00 for returns including breast forms or $15.00 for any other products.

PLEASE NOTE that we are unable to process exchanges between December 23/2011 and January 2/2012 due to closures with our suppliers.

If you cannot receive packages at home or at work, and a USPS mail box is not an option, you may want to use a private mail box service.

Many private mail box services, such as Mail Boxes Etc. will accept one time shipments for a nominal amount.

UPS will also hold a package for pick up at their depot
